The planning has begun....

The tickets are paid for, should be collecting them this week. Have started looking into the many things that we will do whilst away. One of which will be to attend an authentic cooking class. Lauren is steadily looking into various places to stay and tourist stuff to keep our minds engaged in the country while I look at the logistics of getting us to and from our desitinations. All in all, we are both pretty excited still and have been making lots of phone calls as well as a couple of trips down memory lane. Oh the fun of it all!
